Mother's Day

On Sunday, May 11, there will be a very special Mother's Day Service followed by a catered luncheon. Lunch will be grilled chicken & barbequed ribs, scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, dessert, and drinks. The cost for the meal is $10.00 per person. There is offered a "kid friendly" meal for children under 10 for $6.00. A family cap of $30.00 will cover parents and their children 17 and under. Reservations are necessary and seating will be limited. We will be taking reservations through May 6. See Christy Knight for more information.

Couch to 5k  Training Program

This is an 11 week training program to prepare for a 5K race on Thursday, July 3.  The group workout continues on Tuesdays, at 6:30 PM at the Andrew Jackson Middle School track in Cross Lanes.  The program is intended for all levels from walkers to experienced runners with the purpose of creating healthy lifestyles through exercise, nutrition and Christian fellowship.  Contact Matt Young for more information.
