Bluestone
Its getting close to that time of the year! Perrows annual
retreat to the mountains is August 12-15. The cost of the weekend is $115 per
adult and $57.50 per child ages 5-11. Registration forms are available outside the office. Turn in the
forms, along with your deposit of $25 per family or $15 per single, to Harvey Wegert. Click to download a

Perrow Family Archery
Archery continues each Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Be sure you
attend on Wednesday, July 28 - the scoring that evening will be used to
determine trophy placings. On Wednesday, August 4, there will be a cook-out at
5:30 PM and award ceremony at 6:30 PM. Registered shooters will receive a
t-shirt, certifcate, and a trophy or medal (based on scores from 7/28).

Bike Rodeo
The Kanawha County Sheriff Department and Perrow Church are
having a Bike Rodeo next Thursday evening, August 5 at 6:30 PM. There will be
safety instruction and an obstacle course. Bring your own bike and helmet if
possible. If you dont own a bicycle, there will be some available to share.
Training wheels are permited.

Genesis 5K Training Program
Would you like to run a 5k race or just want to learn to run
safely? Training is on Tuesdays evenings at 6:30 PM at
the track at AJ Middle School in Cross Lanes and Magic Island in Charleston. Visit

Zumba
Zumba classes are being offered in the Fellowship Hall.
Melissa Torreyson is a certified instructor and teaches at Cross Lanes Curves,
Tyler Mountain YMCA, and Capitol Fitness. The classes are
Mondays from 7 - 8 PM and Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. 10 class punch
cards can be purchased for $40 (a savings of $10) or pay $5 per class. For

When you see "HyperReach"
on your caller ID, it is an automated call from the church. We occasionally use
this service to communicate important messages (cancellations due to weather,
special events, etc.) church-wide. |
